Hydro Racks is a customizable modular growing platform designed specifically for indoor cannabis cultivation. Hydro Racks are available in 2’ , 3’ , 4’ and 5’ widths and any length from 4’ to 60’ long with the option to grow vertically as both a Double Decker or Triple Decker at the time of purchase, or as a future upgrade to any rack. Hydro Racks are also designed to accommodate all stages of plant growth and can be customized to fit your needs with optional trellis arms in 55” , 70” or any length of your choice, mounting brackets to attach lighting, custom cut and fitted Staal & Plast trays and much more. Our racks are height adjustable at the legs allowing for quick and easy slope adjustments with pre-drilled one inch holes allowing you to grow as low as 6” off the ground and as high as 42” with our extended wheel legs. We also offer a variety of high quality and durable rolling casters including a left-to-right rolling heavy duty polyolefin wheel, a 360° swivel caster featuring threaded micro height adjustability with optional wheel locks, and a ultra-deluxe heavy duty high carbon steel v-groove caster with track that can even be used in combination with our polyolefin casters. With even more options available than those listed here Hydro Racks are truly designed to be the end game growing platform to harness the passion and creativity of a grower. 

Hydro Racks are designed and built by Eric Pelka, a former prop-builder turned grower who decided to use his skills in fabrication to create a one of a kind growing system designed from the ground up with fellow growers in mind. Because we were founded with a passion and understanding of growers our racks are easy to assemble, modify, upgrade or adapt to fit your current and future needs. Hydro Racks are made of 11 gauge US manufactured cold rolled steel and utilize the latest CNC equipment including laser cutting systems by Amada laser, Haas CNC for drilling and milling and Okuma for your turning operations. Our powder coating process includes a 2-3 part process (primer and paint) with a third part option utilizing a medical grade anti microbial coating. All powder coating is completed by a ISO 9001 certified company with clients that include Toyota NA, Amp Research etc. We take great pride in the quality, durability and craftsmanship put into each and every Hydro Rack and look forward to the opportunity to work with with others that share a passion for the plant.
